Hasbro general manager and senior vice president of global consumer products, Casey Collins, said the company is excited to work with Robosen Robotics to 'elevate branded play,' and allow fans to 'bring their favorite Transformers characters to life in a way never achieved before within collectibles.' The robot, which you can view in the slideshow above, stands 19 inches tall in robot mode and comes equipped with 80 different sound effects and voice lines, all voiced by the original voice of the character, Peter Cullen. 'After over 11 years of rigorous R&D, the talented team at Robosen was able to produce the first-ever consumer robot that features a comprehensive set of functions, including automatic convertible movement from vehicle to robot, bipedal walking ability in robot form, race function in vehicle form, programmable/code development, and robot control/commands by either voice or mobile app,' a press release from Hasbro reads.
